NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure is seeking a casual Events team member based at the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney. You will welcome visitors, assist with enquiries and support retail, visitor services and event delivery.

Ideal candidates bring experience in hospitality or retail, strong customer service and the ability to work outside normal hours. This role offers flexibility to balance work, life and wellbeing within a vibrant team.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, visitor services, hospitality or another customer-facing environment.
• Proactive approach to customer engagement, retail sales and event delivery.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Answer enquiries and share information about exhibitions, events, tours and other experiences.
• Process retail transactions and assist with the delivery of events.
• Support day-to-day operations of visitor, retail and event spaces.
