Job summary

Pearson VUE is hiring a Casual Test Administrator for our site at Level 6, 55 Grenfell Street, Adelaide 5000 SA. The role involves supporting test candidates, maintaining exam integrity, and delivering excellent customer service in a secure environment.

Shifts vary across Weekdays and Weekends (7am–11pm). Requires a high school diploma, 1 year of customer service experience preferred, and basic Microsoft Office skills. Competitive hourly rate and a casual arrangement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams desirable.
• Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be able to sit for long periods and lift to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and a secure exam delivery environment.
• Comply with testing procedures and company policies.
• Check and verify candidate IDs against test registrations and assist with setup.
• Explain exam procedures and proctor/invigilate during testing.
• Troubleshoot with internal departments to fix technical issues.
• Escalate policy breaches to appropriate personnel.
• Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain a clean testing area.
• Carry out other ad hoc duties as directed.
