Qualifikationen

• A High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly desirable.
• Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Aufgaben

• Providing an exceptional customer service and a secure exam delivery environment.
• Complying with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies.
• Checking and verifying candidate’s identification against test registration and helping them set up for test.
• Explaining the exam procedures and proctoring / invigilating candidates while testing.
• Troubleshooting with internal departments to fix any technical issues.
• Escalating any policy breaches immediately to relevant business personnel.
• Complete light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming the floors and sanitizing keyboards after each candidate has finished their examination schedule.
• Other ad hoc duties as directed.
