Job summary

Pearson VUE in Melbourne is seeking a Casual Test Administrator to support exam delivery at Level 3, 990 Whitehorse Road, Box Hill, VIC 3128. You will maintain a secure testing environment and deliver exceptional customer service.

The role requires flexibility to work across Weekday and Weekend shifts, with operating hours between 7am and 11pm. A competitive pay rate of $38.89 per hour is offered, and the position remains casual. Training is provided for success in a global assessment leader.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly desirable.
• Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer service and a secure exam delivery environment.
• Comply with testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies.
• Check and verify candidate identification against test registration and help set up for test.
• Explain exam procedures and proctor/invigilate candidates during testing.
• Troubleshoot with internal departments to fix technical issues.
• Escalate any policy breaches immediately to relevant personnel.
• Complete light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming and sanitizing keyboards after each examination Schedule.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as directed.
