Job summary

Pearson VUE is hiring a Casual Test Administrator at Level 2, 10 Bridge St Sydney NSW 2001. You will support exam delivery with a focus on customer service and security in a busy testing environment.

We offer shifts across Weekdays and Weekends, with operating hours from 7am to 11pm. The position is strictly casual, with a pay rate of $38.89 per hour and flexible morning/evening ranges to accommodate scheduling needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience preferred
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams highly desirable
• Beginner to intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Must be able to sit for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a secure exam delivery environment.
• Comply with all testing procedures and company policies.
• Check and verify candidate identification against test registrations and help setup for tests.
• Explain exam procedures and proctor/invigilate candidates during testing.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments.
• Escalate policy breaches to relevant personnel.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks and sanitize equipment after each exam.
