Bennelong, nestled under the Sydney Opera House and part of the Fink Group, is seeking a passionate Sommelier for casual, 30+ hours per week to elevate our wine program. You will showcase Australia’s finest wines alongside international selections, requiring 2+ years of fine-dining sommelier experience and a WSET Level 2 or CMS certification.

Strong communication and organisation are essential to thrive in our team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a Sommelier in fine dining.
• Strong knowledge of food, beverages and wine.
• WSET Level 2 or CMS equivalent.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment.
• Full working rights in Australia.
