Fink in Sydney is seeking a passionate Sommelier to curate the wine list, deliver expert service, and elevate guest experiences daily.

You will pair wines with menus, train staff on wine and service standards, manage cellar operations, and build relationships with suppliers while controlling costs. The role requires wine-focused experience, extensive beverage knowledge, strong communication and organisational skills, and availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays.

• Experience in a wine-focused role (e.g., wine waiter or sommelier).
