You’ll guide guests through the curated list, partner with the Head Sommelier on list updates and cellar management, train the team, and bring warmth and energy to service.

WSET Level 3 and strong Mediterranean wine interest required; flexible casual roster and staff perks offered.

Qualifications

• WSET Level 3 qualifications required.
• Experience as a sommelier or senior waiter with a strong wine background.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to uplift colleagues.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and storytelling through wine.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through the curated wine list and offer pairing advice.
• Collaborate with Head Sommelier on list updates, cellar management and sourcing wines.
• Train the team to build wine confidence across the floor and engage guests.
• Bring energy to service, lead with warmth, and contribute to the Olympus dining experience.
