a’Mare 2.0 at Crown Sydney is seeking Senior Sommeliers to join our award-winning team. This casual-to-start role could become full-time for the right candidate, within a premier Italian dining precinct including a’Mare, Pizza’Mare and Vista’Mare.

We value strong wine knowledge, food pairing, and outstanding customer service. Applicants should have RSA, full Australian working rights, and experience with POS systems; grooming and presentation must be impeccable.

Qualifications

• Full Australian working rights.
• Current NSW RSA Certificate.
• Diploma in Hospitality and/or 1–3 years sommelier experience.
• Fluent spoken English.
• Passion for exceptional customer service and teamwork.
• Immaculate grooming and professional presentation.
• Experience with POS systems.
