Arc @ UNSW Paddington Campus invites a Social Activities Officer to help plan and run weekly campus events for Art & Design students. The role is front of house on Paddington campus with in-person and remote duties.

You will coordinate sessions, support volunteers, manage notices and social media, and liaise with the Art & Design Manager to promote access to campus programs at Kensington. Casual hours, approx 14 per week, with a pay rate of $35.68 per hour plus Super.

Qualifications

• Current student studying at UNSW’s Art & Design school in 2026.
• Experience with events, clubs or campus activities is desirable.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and promote regular social events on campus (2027).
• Attend to student enquiries and provide information as needed.
• Maintain student areas and Arc office, update notices and social media.
• Promote ArcCreative programs and membership benefits, including verbal promotion.
• Recruit and manage campus volunteers and secure resources for events.
• Conduct basic risk assessments and liaise with Art & Design Department events.
• Keep records, print reports, and direct students to relevant campus services.
• Provide general administrative and customer service support to ensure smooth office operation.
