Independent Living Specialists Pty is seeking a Casual Showroom Assistant for the Hornsby showroom. You will engage customers, answer questions, and promote a range of assistive technology products from mobility scooters to home care beds.

The role includes processing quotes, orders, and hire contracts, with the aim of increasing store exposure and community engagement. Hours are approximately 15–30 per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm.

Qualifications

• You will have a customer-centric mindset and enjoy interacting with the community.
• Strong communication skills are essential for assisting customers and liaising via email and phone.
• You are self-motivated, a creative thinker, and able to problem-solve and seek new opportunities.
• Ability to pro-actively build relationships and drive store exposure.
• Excellent time management and administrative skills to prioritise tasks.

Responsabilités

• Engage incoming customers and convey the range of services offered by ILS.
• Respond to email enquiries and liaise with customers over the phone to fulfill requests.
• Provide information on products from physiotherapy items to mobility solutions and home care equipment.
• Process quotes, orders and hire contracts efficiently.
• Follow WHS requirements at showroom level.
