GenesisCare is seeking a Research Administration Assistant to support Oncology Clinical Trials, ensuring studies are organized, compliant, and run smoothly. The role is based at the St Leonards (North Shore Health Hub) clinic with hybrid working and opportunities to develop specialised skills in a regulated healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Clinical Research team, helping ensure clinical trial activities are delivered efficiently and accurately.
• Support financial and operational processes, including visit and payment tracking, billing administration, and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, monitor visits, and assist with preparing agendas and meeting notes.
• Maintain research databases, trackers, training records, and essential study documentation.
• Assist with study start up activities, including preparing Investigator Site Files, participant files, and research materials.
• Liaise with healthcare providers, hospitals, sponsors, and internal stakeholders to support research activities.
• Help coordinate office and clinical supplies and support day to day site operations.
• Support research participants with practical arrangements, including travel coordination where required.
• Contribute to a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across the research function.
