Job summary

GenesisCare is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to join our St Leonards clinic within the North Shore Health Hub. You will support oncology trial delivery, work with investigators to keep studies moving and ensure regulatory readiness.

The role involves coordinating start-up to close-out activities, performing clinical procedures when trained, and providing a professional patient experience.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Science, Nursing, Pharmacy or related discipline.
• Minimum 12 months’ experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator.
• Solid understanding of GCP, trial processes and regulatory requirements.
• Structured, organised approach to managing competing priorities and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of oncology clinical trials in line with protocols, GCP and regulations.
• Coordinate daily trial operations with investigators to maintain study momentum.
• Contribute across start-up, recruitment, visits, monitoring and close-out phases.
• Ensure accurate, inspection-ready study documentation and regulatory records.
• Perform clinical procedures such as vitals, ECGs and venipuncture where trained.
• Provide a positive experience for participants and serve as a key contact during their trial participation.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external providers and sponsors to keep studies on track.
• Assist with site monitoring visits, audits and compliance activities.
