Delaware North Australia & New Zealand is seeking casual and part-time Commis Chefs to join our Perth Airport kitchen. You’ll support senior chefs, assist with dish prep, and contribute to high-volume production with a focus on presentation and food safety.

Formación

• Must have Minimum Level 3 Certificate in Commercial Cookery.
• Previous Commis Chef experience.
• Solid background in kitchen operations.
• Demonstrated track record meeting food and labour costs.
• Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare a variety of dishes in a high-volume production setting.
• Follow recipes for menu preparation, ensuring adherence to cooking guidelines and standards.
• Execute food preparation tasks with a focus on presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.
• Conduct temperature and quality checks, manage cross-contamination to ensure WHS compliance.
