Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate 3 in Mental Health, Disability, Aged Care, Home and Community Care or related fields.
• Experience in community settings is desirable.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of in‑home supports to participants to promote independence.
• Assist with personal care, domestic activities and social participation.
