The role involves regular travel to clients' homes and access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license. The opportunity supports people to live meaningful lives in the community, with duties spanning personal care, domestic tasks, social participation and skill development.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate 3 in Mental Health, Disability, Aged Care, Home and Community Care or related fields (desired).
• Current valid Driver's Licence and a registered, insured vehicle.
• National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
• NDIS Orientation Certificate and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Manual Handling training would be desired.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of services to participants to support them to live a fulfilling and meaningful life in the community.
• Assist with daily life, including personal care, domestic activities, social and community participation and skills development.
• Travel to clients' houses including out-of-town clients when required.
