Job summary

Wellways Australia in Warragul is seeking passionate Support Workers to join our team on a casual basis. You will support individuals under their NDIS plans with daily living tasks, transport, and community participation, in a varied and meaningful role.

Qualifications

• Certificate 3 or 4 in Mental Health, Disability, Aged Care or Home and Community Care (desirable).
• Right to Work in Australia.
• Current valid driver's licence and willingness to travel for work.
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate and related checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver support under NDIS plans across daily living, transport, community participation and life skills.
• Assist individuals to achieve personal goals with empathy and professionalism.
• Drive to multiple locations across Warragul and East Gippsland as required.
• Work within a multi-disciplinary team to promote independence and safety.
