Job summary

Wellways Australia Limited in Victoria is seeking passionate Support Workers for casual roles in Wonthaggi (and surrounding suburbs) to deliver a broad range of services under NDIS plans, including daily living support, transport, community participation and building everyday life skills.

The role involves driving to various locations across East Gippsland, requires a valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Certificate 3 or 4 in Mental Health, Disability, Aged Care or Home and Community Care (desirable).
• Right to Work in Australia.
• Current valid driver's licence and willingness to undertake travel for work.
• Current Motor Vehicle Insurance.
• Satisfactory National Police Check, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to undertake NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
• Certificate Physically capable of delivering personal care to participants.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a broad range of services under NDIS plans, including assistance with daily living, transport, community and social participation, and building everyday life skills.
• Drive to various locations across East Gippsland to deliver support services; a valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel are essential.
• Work as part of a supportive multi‑disciplinary team in a meaningful, varied role.
• Support individuals to achieve personal goals and participate in daily activities and education, work or health services.
