Job summary

Wellways Australia Limited is seeking casual Support Workers in Wagga Wagga, NSW. The role involves delivering community-based support services to participants, including personal care, domestic tasks and social activities.

Regular travel to clients’ homes is required; a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are essential. Open availability is welcomed but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate 3 in Mental Health, Disability, Aged Care, Home and Community Care or related fields (Desired, but not essential)
• Applicants having experience and knowledge with physical disabilities will be at an advantage
• National Police Check (completed within the last 12 months) and Working with Children Check
• NDIS Orientation Certificate - free online course
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Manual Handling training would be desired
