Wellways Australia Limited is seeking passionate Support Workers in Warragul to join our team. You will deliver a range of services under NDIS plans, supporting daily living, transport, and social participation as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Flexibility in availability is highly regarded, with driving to various locations across East Gippsland and a valid driver’s licence required. Applications from diverse backgrounds are encouraged.

Competenze

• Certificate 3 or 4 in Mental Health, Disability, Aged Care or Home and Community Care (desirable)
• Right to Work in Australia
• Current valid driver's licence and willingness to undertake travel for work
• Current Motor Vehicle Insurance
• Satisfactory National Police Check, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to undertake NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• Certificate Physically capable to deliver personal care to participants

Mansioni

• Deliver support services under NDIS plans as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Assist with daily living, transport, community and social participation, and building everyday life skills
• Support outdoor activities, personal care, or helping someone access education, work, or health services
• Drive to various locations across East Gippsland to deliver support services, with a valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel
