Bupa Carlton is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to join our Urgent Care Centre and GP Practice as a casual, on-site receptionist. You will be the first point of contact, greeting patients and coordinating appointments with care and efficiency.

You will handle registrations, bookings, payments and health insurance queries, working independently on shifts and supporting the clinical team to keep the practice running smoothly.

Qualifikationen

• Previous GP Medical Receptionist experience is required.
• Best Practice experience is advantageous.
• Confidence in working as the only receptionist on shift.
• Greet patients and visitors in a professional, friendly manner, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure. Register new patients and update existing patient information accurately in the clinic's system.
• Hold experience in managing appointment bookings efficiently, coordinating with medical staff to schedule consultations, tests, and follow-up appointments.
