Lumus Imaging Nundah is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team in a casual role. The position covers shifts across our North Brisbane casual cluster and involves working across multiple clinics including Nundah, Sandgate, Peninsula Private, Murrumba Downs, Strathpine, North Lakes and St Vincent's Private Hospital.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception, admin, or customer service, preferably in healthcare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Professional, compassionate and patient-focused approach; team player.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming patients and managing front desk enquiries.
• Coordinate and manage medical imaging bookings for inpatient and outpatient appointments.
• Answer and direct incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
• Maintain accurate patient records and data entry with a high level of attention to detail.
• Liaise effectively with patients, medical professionals, referring practitioners, and internal teams.
• Process billing and banking tasks, including Medicare, DVA, health funds, and WorkCover transactions.
