Lumus Imaging is hiring a Medical Receptionist to join our Kawana and Caloundra clinics, with travel between sites as required. This part-time role (30.4 hours per week) runs Monday to Thursday and includes shift coverage from 6am to 9pm.

Prior medical reception or admin experience is preferred but not essential. You will be the first point of contact for patients and practitioners, handle bookings, data entry, Medicare processing, and payments, and help keep the clinic running smoothly on a

• Medical reception/admin experience preferred but not essential.
• Experience in healthcare or medical reception/admin role desirable.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.

Responsabilités

• Welcoming patients and providing a professional first impression.
• Managing patient bookings, referrals and enquiries (in person and via phone).
• Accurate data entry and maintenance of patient records.
• Processing Medicare, billing and payment transactions.
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic.
