Working independently when required while contributing to our collaborative team environment.
We're looking for someone who is confident, capable and genuinely enjoys working with people.
We use Gentu, Microsoft Outlook, Adobe and 3CX. Previous experience with Gentu or Genie would be highly regarded, although not essential.
This is a casual position averaging approximately 15 hours per week, with hours varying according to practice requirements.
Flexibility is particularly important. Applicants must be available across Monday to Friday, including early starts from 5:40 am Tuesday to Thursday, and occasional Saturdays.
There may also be opportunities to work from home during certain weeks, depending on operational requirements.
We believe that looking after our staff is just as important as looking after our patients.
We're proud of the wonderful team we've built and are looking for someone who will complement our practice culture.
While experience and technical skills are important, attitude, initiative and being a great team fit are equally important to us.
If you're an experienced medical receptionist who enjoys helping people, thrives in a busy environment and would love to work somewhere you're genuinely valued, we'd love to hear from you!
