Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning Ocean Reef is seeking a Casual Educator to support our centres and children with flexible hours Monday to Friday. You’ll join a dedicated team and help deliver safe, enriching learning experiences across the day.

If you hold an ACECQA approved early childhood qualification and a current WA Working with Children Check, you’ll thrive in a supportive, inclusive environment with opportunities to grow and travel between local services.

Qualifications

• Casual Educator role to support multiple centres.
• Must have ACECQA approved qualification and WWCC.
• Willingness to travel between local services and work within Monday–Friday hours.

Responsibilities

• Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team.
• Engaging and supervising the children at all times.
• Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members.
• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
• Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.

Pay: up to $48.29 p/h (based on experience) + super

If you have hold an ACECQA approved early childhood qualification, Current WA Working with Children Check, are willing to travel between other local servicesand will have flexible availability between Monday-Friday, 6.30am – 6.00pm .
