Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a Casual Educator in Queensland. The role offers flexible hours and locations across centres, with a focus on safety, inclusivity, and enriching learning experiences for children.

Competitive pay and casual leave loading apply. You will support our centres and children wherever and whenever needed, align with the National Quality Standards, and participate in comprehensive induction and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved early childhood qualification is required.
• Current Queensland Working with Children Check is required.
• Willing to travel between local services and have flexible availability Monday–Friday 6:00am–6:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team.
• Engaging and supervising the children at all times.
• Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members.
• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
• Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
