Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a Casual Educator to support our centres and children across Queensland. You will work flexibly, joining different centres as needed to provide enriching and responsive learning experiences.

The role emphasizes safety, inclusivity, and teamwork, with a focus on delivering quality education in line with our policies and values.

Responsibilities

• Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team
• Engaging and supervising the children at all times
• Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members
• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families
• Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
• Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
