Job summary

Goodstart South Innisfail - Mourilyan Road is seeking Casual Educator to support our centres and children as needed. You will work flexibly across local services, contributing to learning experiences and ensuring a safe, inclusive environment.

Applicants should hold an ACECQA approved early childhood qualification and a current QLD Working with Children Check. Availability Monday to Friday, 6.00am–6.00pm, is preferred for flexible rostering.

• Willing to travel between local services.

Responsibilities

• Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team.
• Engaging and supervising the children at all times.
• Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members.
• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
• Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
