Eight Dragons Gaming Lounge and Bar in Adelaide, SA is seeking a Casual Duty Manager to oversee the gaming lounge and bar across shifts. You will supervise staff, ensure service standards, manage stock and cash, and uphold safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires experience in hospitality management, knowledge of gaming regulations, and RSA/RSG certification, with flexible casual shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or supervisory role, especially in gaming or licensed venues.
• Knowledge of SA gaming regulations and responsible service of alcohol.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced setting and maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff during shifts and maintain excellent customer service.
• Oversee gaming machines and ensure licensing compliance.
• Manage bar operations including stock, cash handling, and till reconciliation.
• Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards and handle enquiries professionally.
• Monitor costs, minimize waste, and enforce responsible service of alcohol.
• Train and mentor staff; report incidents and breaches to management.
