Current RSA certification
Current RCG certification
Current ARCG certification
Previous Gaming & Bar attendant experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent attention to detail, particularly with cash and regulations
Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service
Reliability and flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

Serve drinks and food at the bar with a warm, professional manner
Operate gaming machines and assist patrons with gaming enquiries per regulations
Maintain a clean, safe and well-stocked bar and gaming area
Process transactions using POS systems and handle cash accurately
Check IDs to ensure compliance with alcohol and gaming age restrictions
Monitor patron behaviour and report concerns to management
Build positive relationships with regular customers and provide personalised service
