The Murray Aquatic and Leisure Centre (MALC) is seeking expressions of interest for casual Customer Service Officers. Join a team that values recreation, friendly service and efficient administration, with opportunities to assist with memberships, enrolments and reception duties.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service skills
• Well-developed time management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Intermediate computer skills
• Knowledge of Swim School Bookings system; formal CS training is desirable

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and accurate information to internal and external customers
• Create a welcoming service experience for patrons using the Centre's wet and dry facilities, programs and services
• Process memberships, enrolments and sales with accuracy
• Manage the daily reception area and operations
