Job summary

Aligned Leisure is seeking a Customer Experience Officer based at Mildura Waves Aquatic and Leisure Centre. You will deliver exceptional service at the front desk, selling memberships, swimming lessons and other services to members and prospective clients.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service experience, a First Aid/CPR certificate, and a Working with Children Check. You will engage with diverse community members to match programs to needs and foster lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
• First Aid and CPR Certificate.
• Working with Children Check. (Employees over 18 years old.)

Responsibilities
