Calvary Aged Care in Brighton Le Sands, NSW is seeking a casual Cook to prepare nutritionally balanced meals for residents. You will join a supportive kitchen team, plan menus, and ensure meals meet dietary needs while upholding food safety standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the head chef, timely service, and maintaining a clean kitchen. Experience in bulk cooking and OH&S knowledge is desirable, with training available.

Qualifications

• Formal hospitality qualification or progress toward Certificate III in Food Studies.
• Experience with bulk meal preparation for residents or similar settings.
• Understanding of Food Act and Occupational Health and Safety standards.
• Ability to manage menu cycles and budget requirements.

Responsabilités
