Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery is required.
• Current Food Handling Certificate or Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
• Experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Passion for creating positive dining experiences.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain quality.
• Strong time management and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver nutritious meals for residents.
• Follow diet requirements and preferences.
• Maintain high standards of food presentation and service.
• Support meal service and kitchen schedules.
• Collaborate with Head Chef and hospitality team.
• Keep kitchen clean, safe, and organized.
• Assist with stock rotation and deliveries.
• Follow food safety and workplace safety requirements.
