Job summary

Neurosensory in Brisbane is seeking a casual Client Care Representative to provide exceptional front-line support across our Brisbane clinics. You will manage appointments, greet clients, respond to calls and emails, and handle common admin tasks with care and accuracy.

You'll work with a friendly team, travel between Brisbane CBD, Chermside and North Lakes, and receive full training plus ongoing support. This role suits someone who loves helping people and delivering a high-standard client

Qualifications

• A passion for delivering an amazing client experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and patience.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Demonstrated judgement and advanced skills in the delivery of administrative services.
• Resilience, self-motivation and lots of energy.
• Flexibility to travel to different locations.

Responsibilities

• Managing the appointment schedule for our audiologists, including setting and rescheduling appointments for our clients.
• Greeting clients at the clinic and updating client records.
• Answering clinic phone calls and emails.
• Assisting with client and doctor enquiries.
• Accurate billing of appointments.
• Providing basic troubleshooting and servicing for hearing devices.
• Other general office duties.
