Neurosensory, based in Brisbane, Australia, is seeking a Client Care Trainer who can leverage clinic experience to educate and empower Client Care teams across the network. The role focuses on coaching, onboarding and developing staff to deliver exceptional client experiences, with travel to regional clinics as required.

You will work closely with clinic leadership to implement policies, drive improvements and foster a learning culture within a growing hearing care network.

Qualificações

• Experience in hearing care, audiology or a clinic environment.
• Proven ability to coach, onboard and develop staff.
• Excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver induction and training to new Client Care team members.
• Coach and mentor Client Care team members to build confidence and consistency.
• Support clinics with client care policies, protocols and processes.
• Collaborate with Senior Clinicians in Charge to strengthen performance.
• Share best practices across clinics and drive service improvements.
• Assist with client enquiries and operational challenges.
