The Prada Group is seeking a Casual Client Advisor for our Prada Chadstone boutique in Melbourne. You’ll help deliver an exceptional customer experience, support sales and store operations, and maintain neat stock rooms and merchandise.

The PRADA Group is a global fashion powerhouse, helmed by one of the most iconic designers of the modern age. We have 10 stores across Australia and New Zealand, 8 Prada & 2 Miu Miu, which focus on creating an exceptional customer experience for all customers that walk through our doors.

We are looking for casuals to join our business in our Prada Chadstone boutique.

Please note - you must be able to work a minimum of 3-4 shifts/week, including weekends and late night trade. This is a mandatory requirement

As a Casual Client Advisor, you will be a Prada brand ambassador within your boutique. You will assist our team with sales and operations, including (but not limited to):

Using your excellent communication skills to confidently communicate with all clients and provide outstanding customer service

Being sales focused, and taking a creative approach in attracting and retaining clients

Assisting with Back of House and any store operational activities, e.g. providing food and beverage service to clients, ensuring stock rooms are neat and tidy and merchandise is put away

Having a professional attitude that reflects the DNA of the PRADA group, and a can-do attitude with everything that you do

Contributing to a supportive team culture, with a strong collaborative mindset

Having a genuine interest in the brand, with a keen eye for fashion, trends and competitor knowledge
