Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Chef or Cook in a professional kitchen.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality.
• Sound understanding of food hygiene and health and safety regulations.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Team-oriented with good communication.
• Flexible casual working arrangement.
• Relevant food handling certifications are advantageous.
• Experience in aged care, retirement village or hospitality settings preferred.
