Job summary

The Fresh Collective is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join the Strathfield Golf Club culinary team in NSW. This casual role offers 24-30 hours weekly with opportunities to develop within a growing hospitality group.

You will work with the Sous and Head Chefs to deliver high-quality, beautifully presented dishes for lunch and dinner, with a focus on food safety and consistent standards.

Qualifications

• Motivated chef with a passion for creating excellent dishes.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role in a busy restaurant.
• Punctual, self-driven and autonomous, with openness to direction and learning.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong work ethic.
• Holder of a valid Australian working visa.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sous and Head Chefs to ensure efficient food production and quality control.
• Prepare exceptionally presented dishes, consistent in flavour and appearance.
• Run the section or sections allocated and maintain high standards.
• Assist in managing the kitchen in the absence of the Sous/Head Chef.
• Follow all food safety procedures and legislation.
