Job summary

Corporate Technology Services (CTS) is hiring casual Audio Visual Technicians to join our national Support team. You will support AV, video, and UC environments across corporate client sites, including hybrid events and meetings.

We seek experienced technicians with a range of AV skillsets for setup, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting, with familiarity with Teams, Zoom and Webex. Flexibility for shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Tertiary/TAFE qualified with some experience in operating Audio, Vision and Lighting equipment.
• Strong presentation and customer service skills, ideally with a hospitality background.
• Well-developed time management skills with good availability for shifts and a focus on attention to detail.
• Easily able to collaborate and build trust with a varied range of key stakeholders.
• Experience in maintaining and supporting highly utilised corporate AV environments.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate AV and Video Conferencing systems for corporate meetings, events, conferences and broadcasts.
• Maintain and support internal AV-enabled conferencing spaces including Teams/Zoom/Webex and hardware support for Crestron, Extron, Biamp, QSYS, AMX, Logi, Cisco, etc.
• Provide reception and corporate hospitality support, including food & beverage.
• Basic computer wireless network setup; experience with ITSM / device management is advantageous.
• Proactive customer support including guest & visitor registration and technology concierge.

Your Role:

At CTS, we are committed to creating and building trusted business relationships.

We have multiple opportunities for Casual Audio Visual Technicians to join our national Support team. We are seeking experienced technicians with a range of skillsets in supporting audio, video, and networked UC environments to support our growing workload across corporate client sites.

We are in the business of helping and giving a great experience for our clients. You will play a key role in assisting this with the preparation, support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of AV and meeting room technology in a variety of physical, virtual and hybrid environments, and provide solutions for AV/IT issues.

Set up and operate AV and Video Conferencing systems for corporate meetings, events, conferences and broadcasts;

Maintain and support internal AV-enabled conferencing spaces including but not limited to solutions utilising Teams/Zoom/Webex, as well as hardware support for Crestron, Extron, Biamp, QSYS, AMX, Logi, Cisco, etc.

Provide reception and corporate hospitality support, including food & beverage;

Basic computer wireless network set up. Experience with ITSM / device management will be highly advantageous.

Proactive customer support including guest & visitor registration and technology concierge.

Your Background:

To be considered for this position, you will have the following:

Strong presentation and customer service skills, ideally with a hospitality background.
