Uniting is seeking a dedicated Cook to deliver high-quality, nutritious meals for aged care residents in Taralga, NSW. This casual role emphasises dietary needs, texture-modified options, and a caring, compliant kitchen environment.

Formación

• Experience in aged care or healthcare settings is highly regarded.
• Familiar with texture-modified and cook-fresh methodologies.
• Strong understanding of dietary controls and texture-modified food preparation.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook daily meals meeting individual dietary requirements.
• Plan and rotate menus with the Service Manager and residents.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in line with regulatory requirements.
• Manage food purchasing, storage and usage within budget guidelines.
• Foster a safe and respectful kitchen environment, adhering to Safe Work Practices.
