You will play an integral role in our HSLS (Housing and Support Link Service) program providing culturally safe, trauma informed and holistic case management and supportive services to young parents (typically ages 16–25) who are experiencing homelessness, housing instability, or other barriers to independence. The role focuses on building trusting relationships, strengthening young people’s connection to culture and community, and supporting them to achieve their housing, wellbeing, and life goals.
