Job summary

The Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) is seeking a Case Officer to support trainees needing additional assistance to progress through their training. You will work closely with trainees, supervisors and College stakeholders to provide individualised case management, advice and guidance to ensure timely support.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex information and provide evidence-based recommendations.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report preparation and presenting to committees.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trainee support through pathway and examination support services.
• Identify trainee support needs, develop tailored strategies and monitor progress with trainees and supervisors.
• Review and analyse training information to inform case management and progression recommendations.
• Provide advice on relevant policies, training requirements and support pathways.
• Manage complex cases and prepare evidence-based recommendations for College committees and panels.
• Collaborate with College stakeholders to ensure consistent trainee support.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of trainee support services and processes.
