DXC Technology is seeking a Case Manager to provide needs-based services to people with work-related injuries and actively manage compensation claims to support timely treatment and return to work.

The role involves liaising with injured workers, employers, and practitioners to coordinate medical management and return-to-work activities. Training includes 4 weeks of theory and practical work, plus ongoing development over 12 months.

Competenze

• Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
• Ability to plan and organise work to meet timeframes.
• Excellent written and interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with workers, employers, medical, paramedical and legal practitioners.
• Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.

• Active management of claims for compensation to deliver appropriate and timely treatment and promote return to work.
