Suncorp is seeking a Personal Injury Claims Consultant in Canberra to manage a portfolio of workers’ compensation claims with compassionate, commercial focus. You will work with customers, advisers and medical professionals to secure fair and timely outcomes.

You’ll analyse information, communicate proactively and contribute to a collaborative team culture while delivering strong service and continuous improvement in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous insurance, claims or case management experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyse information and make balanced commercial decisions.

Responsabilités

• Managing workers’ compensation insurance claims from assessment through to resolution.
