Allianz Australia in Launceston, TAS, is seeking a Case Manager to join the Personal Injury & Commercial team on a full-time basis. You will manage a portfolio of claims end-to-end, aiming for return-to-work outcomes and high-quality service for customers and stakeholders.

The role requires strong relationship-building, proactive problem-solving, and adherence to compliance standards while leveraging technology to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal injury claims and/or customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clarity, impact, and influence.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency across systems and reporting tools.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and organise competing demands.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage claims within delegated authority for cost-effective outcomes.
• Make liability decisions and assess treatment and rehabilitation needs.
• Identify return to work barriers and implement targeted strategies.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders throughout the claims process.
• Ensure timely, high-quality case management with focus on customer experience.
• Contribute to business targets and participate in departmental projects.
• Maintain and improve technical knowledge across all facets of claims management.
• Keep up to date with legislative amendments and practical applications.
