Allianz Australia is hiring a Technical and Quality Specialist – Personal Injury to support the Eligibility Team in Sydney or Charlestown. Qualifications

• Significant experience in workers' compensation claims, disputes, legal or technical specialist roles.
• Strong knowledge of NSW Workers Compensation legislation, eligibility and dispute processes.
• Proven coaching and mentoring capability with the ability to influence technical outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, coaching and guidance to the Eligibility Team to improve decision accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct quality reviews and endorse adverse decisions, collaborating with employers, consultants and panel lawyers.
• Ensure timely eligibility decisions by implementing communication plans and assisting Eligibility Specialists.
• Deliver cost-effective, customer-focused workers' compensation claims management services and drive improvements.
• Complete assigned projects within required standards and timeframes in line with organizational goals.
