Job summary

Allianz Sydney is seeking a dedicated Case Manager for Personal Injury & Commercial claims. You will engage with injured customers, families, medical providers, and legal professionals to secure positive outcomes and guide each customer through the claims process.

You will assess liability, coordinate treatment and rehabilitation, and maintain timely, accurate communications. The role supports hybrid work and ongoing professional development within Allianz.

Responsibilities

• Build effective relationships with injured customers, family members, legal providers, and medical professionals to drive outcomes.

• Make liability decisions and assess claims for treatment and rehabilitation.
• Assess injury needs, handle correspondence regarding CTP benefits, and interpret medical reports.
• Provide timely responses and ensure accurate processing of claims.

About the role

While you'll be working with individuals facing challenging times, your primary goal is to deliver a positive customer experience, making this role highly rewarding. As a relationship builder, you will assist individuals by engaging with them and relevant stakeholders to maximize their return to health, life, and work. Additionally, you will guide our customers through every stage of the claims process, ensuring they are well-informed and supported throughout.

• Build effective working relationships with injured customers, family members, legal providers, and medical professionals to drive successful outcomes.
• Determine liability and managing a portfolio of CTP claimsfor customers who have sustained injuries following a motor vehicle accident.
• Make key liability decisions and assess claims for reasonable and necessary treatment.
• Assess and manage injury needs, handle correspondence regarding CTP benefits, treatment, rehabilitation, and interpret medical reports.
• Provide timely and effective responses to customer needs and ensure accurate processing of claims.
