This role emphasizes trust, thoughtful questions, and meaningful guidance rather than scripted, high-pressure selling. You will manage inquiries, follow up leads, and work with teams to support enrolments and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Proven success in a sales role where trust and relationships matter.
• CRM experience essential; RTO/VETtrak experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in consultative environments such as recruitment, employment services, finance, insurance, health services, or customer success is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Managing prospective students from initial enquiry through enrolment.
• Conducting consultative phone conversations about courses and career goals.
• Managing and following up your own lead pipeline; explaining course requirements, funding eligibility, fees and payment options.
• Meeting enrolment, activity and revenue targets.
• Maintaining accurate CRM notes, evidence and enrolment documentation.
• Collaborating with training, workforce development and operational teams; keeping up to date with courses and funding requirements.
