Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in outbound tele-sales or high-volume sales environments.
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt your style to different audiences.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling capability.
• CRM experience (Salesforce highly regarded).
• Education sector experience in learning and development (desirable).
• A proactive, resilient attitude and team player.

Responsibilities

• Engage with warm and cold leads via inbound and outbound calls in a high-performance sales environment.
• Build strong relationships with prospective students and corporate clients.
• Provide career-focused advice, mapping learning pathways and recommending courses.
• Own your sales pipeline end-to-end, driving conversion and revenue growth.
• Exceed sales targets while delivering an exceptional student experience.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing AIM and its learning solutions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Learning & Development, Customer Success and the Scentia Group.
• Stay up to date with new programs, industry trends and compliance requirements.
